Fees etc
Online shopping: 5% or 500 yen, whichever is greater, per item/seller.
In-store shopping (Yokohama): 10% or 1000 yen, whichever is greater.
Reserves/LPs: 10% or 1000 yen, whichever is greater.
In-store shopping (Tokyo): 7% or 700 yen, whichever is greater, PLUS a nonrefundable 1500 yen transportation fee.
Deposits (my commission fees) are nonrefundable if you cancel. In the case of LPs/instore shopping, transportation fees are nonrefundable, and I take a small fee for my time.
Tokyo nonrefundable portion: 2000 yen (1500 for transportation plus 500 yen for my time)
Yokohama nonrefundable portion: 1000 yen (580 for transportation plus 420 yen for my time)
I suffer from several illnesses. As a result it may take me a bit longer than normal to ship. If you need your items by a certain time TELL ME IN ADVANCE. I can't stress this enough. My health is so unpredictable that if you suddenly tell me you needn't shipped immediately, there's a chance I won't be able to do so.
For auctions, you must pay your max bid before I place a bid. Any excess money will be applied to the balance you owe, or refunded in case of any excess.
Payment plans are ok but please understand that I can't buy your item(s) until I receive payment in full.
I run a facebook group where I do my main work: scouring Closet Child, auctions, and private sales for pieces that I think people would be interested in, or pieces that people have requested I search for.
